Located in a quiet, safe area in Conil de la Frontera, the property Chalet Los Paraísos is made up of 3 chalets which can be rented individually or together for larger groups.
The 2-storey holiday home Los Paraisos 3, which boasts an sea view from the first-floor bedrooms, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a fireplace and a television.
In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden with comfortable deck chairs, a covered, furnished terrace, and a barbecue.
Relax here under the Spanish sun and enjoy barbecued meals in the fresh air. In the shared outdoor area of the 3 chalets, there is a saltwater pool and an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days.
The property is located on the road to Puerto Pesquero and in approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Conil de la Frontera where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes, along with other necessary shops and services.
Furthermore, Chalets Los Paraísos is just a mere 3-minute drive or an approximately 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Fuente del Gallo beach (approx. 1km), and a 4-minute drive from Calas de Roche.
Several golf courses, riding schools, bicycle rental shops and surf schools are also located in the area. One Parking space is available for you on the property. Parties and loud events are not allowed.
The house is intended for families and quiet groups.
Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians.
Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 pm to 7 am.
