The newly built Lavender Bay holiday resort is situated in an idyllic location in the Bay of Kotor, just 5 km from Risan. Here you will feel at home. The tourist towns in the area can be reached quickly and safely by bus or hire car. The beach, restaurants and shops are just 200 metres away on foot. Tivat Airport is 17 km away. Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is around 45 km away.
The luxurious holiday complex offers: Infinity pool with loungers and parasols(open from 1.6.), sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath (closed in the summer months), playground and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a fountain that lights up in beautiful colours in the evening. Free WLAN is available throughout the complex. The holiday flat has a private car park below the building.
Our holiday flat D3 has been awarded 4 stars and can accommodate up to 4 people. The 58 m² flats with balcony have a living area with a large pull-out sofa bed and cosy seating area, cable TV with German and English channels, a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee and tea facilities) and a dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed (baby/children's bed on request), air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas and a bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating, washing machine and ironing facilities. From the balcony you can enjoy a side view of the Adriatic Sea, the beach and the village of Morinj.

The pool is open seasonally.

The flat is located in a newly built small holiday complex with infinity pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available. Towels for the pool are included in the price.
The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom can be regulated separately. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. We can arrange a taxi service on request.
Baby or cot available on request and at an extra charge.
