Grocery 90 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 160 m, bus stop "Silvestre Ochoa" 20 m, railway station "Muskiz" 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
