Appartement conforme à la description, rénové et fonctionnel, bien situé.
Point négatif : passage obligatoire par la chambre parentale pour passer à la cuisine (en véranda qui se transforme en cuisine extérieure) donc pas pratique du tout avec un bébé qui dort dans un lit parapluie.

La situation est idéale !!
À pied, on accède à la plage, les restaurants, le parc pour enfant et les commerces
Il y a même une petite crique à 2min à pieds
L’appartement est en bon état, la Clim fonctionne nickel, la literie est correcte et il y’a tout ce qu’il faut dedans
Seul bemole
La terrasse est envahie de moustiques et il manque un barbecue ou une plancha
