The holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Crozon surrounded by a sunny garden. There is ample parking in front of the house.
On the ground floor is the entrance area with cloakroom, a bedroom with double bed (size 140x200) and a guest WC. There is also a spacious living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. A door leads from the living area to the small terrace with morning sun. From the dining area, 2 doors lead to a spacious terrace facing south-west.
A wooden staircase leads to the open gallery from which 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds with plenty of space to play. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
From the kitchen there is access to the former garage, where there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and various items of patio furniture. In the garden there is a brick barbecue and washing lines.
