Holiday home "An der Steilküste" 180° sea view

The holiday home "An der Steilküste" is located in the district of Redewisch directly on the beach of the Baltic Sea. It has 5 individual holiday flats and is the only holiday home in Boltenhagen that is located directly on the water. Enjoy the unique view of the second highest cliffs in Germany and the entire bay of Boltenhagen from the garden. Want to take a quick dip in the Baltic Sea before breakfast? No problem thanks to the direct access to the beach and the fact that it is only about 4.50 metres to the Baltic Sea.

Very nice maisonette flat (approx. 50 m²) starting on the first floor with a large eat-in kitchen with everything you need for a well-equipped kitchen. In the upper part of the flat is the hallway, the bathroom with bathtub and two separate bedrooms with a large double bed / or two single beds, flat screen TV and a large floor-to-ceiling balcony window with fantastic sea views. Outside, the flat has beach chairs, garden furniture, a barbecue and a private car parking space.

Families with children in particular will appreciate the spaciousness of our property. Football, garden chess or romping around in the children's playground. No problem on our 2000 square metre garden plot. Nevertheless, everyone can still find a quiet spot on the huge sunbathing lawn, lounge terrace or in our barbecue area. The natural stone wall that borders the property to the beach also ensures that children can play and run around safely.

On the ground floor of the house you will find the fireplace room. Here you can chat with other guests from different regions or enjoy a warming fire when the storms are raging outside, especially in autumn and winter. There are also various board games available for guests.
You will also find the sauna & wellness area on the ground floor of the house. Here you have the opportunity to relax in a modern sauna facility and pamper your body and mind. Separate showers and plenty of relaxation areas are of course also available. You can also enjoy various massage treatments there.

As a guest, you have direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. So you can enjoy the Baltic Sea early in the morning or in the evening.

On the sunbathing lawn & lounge terrace in front of the holiday home you will find cosy and wind-protected seating areas as well as the barbecue fireplace with an unobstructed sea view.

Of course, the large lawn can also be used for ball games or sunbathing. There is also a children's playground to keep the little ones entertained.

Our holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the surrounding area of the Klützer Winkel. We have bicycles of various sizes available for our guests for such excursions in our own bike hire centre at special rates. A garden chess set, football goals and a rental service for stand up paddle, kayak and boat round off the offer for our guests in the house.

The rental price already includes the costs for gas, electricity, water and heating. The rental price includes bed linen / towels in initial equipment. Boltenhagen is a health resort. A visitor's tax of 1.90 Euro from 01.10.-30.04. or 2.80 Euro from 01.05.-30.09. per person/day from the age of 16 is charged on site.
