Studio for 2 persons consisting of a living/bedroom combined with a double bed, dining area, integrated kitchenette, cable TV (flat screen), WLAN, balcony, shower/WC. Price reduction on request for smaller numbers of people!
Our central but quiet, sunny location with a view of the Schmittenhöhe allows you to reach the town centre with various shops, restaurants and pubs in just 8 minutes on foot. The lake, the lido in 10 minutes and the CityXpress (city gondola lift) in just 5 minutes.
DIRECTLY ON THE SKIS TO THE PISTE AND BACK HOME, the next gondola lift (CityXpress) can be reached on skis! Ski bus stop 150 m away (to the Schmittenhöhe valley station).
5 min to the indoor swimming pool with sauna and to the ice rink.
In summer central starting point for excursions and hikes.
App.are comfortably equipped with cable TV, bed and toilet linen, all app. with balcony. Dogs only allowed by arrangement (for a fee). WLAN free of charge, own car park at the house, illuminated toboggan run!
