Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut zum Meer, zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Dorfzentrum. Für Biker gibt es eins gute Reinigungs- und Abstellmöglichkeit. Ebenfalls gibt es genügend Parkplätze direkt beim Haus. Das WLAN ist gut.
Der Zustand in der Wohnung und die Ausstattung bedarf einer grosszügigen Toleranz. Die Wände sind teilweise schimmelig, der Überzug des Sofas zerrissen und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mehr als nur minimalistisch. Der Dampfabzug ist klebrig.
