Our family-run guesthouse is situated in a sunny and quiet location in the Habichen district. Restaurants are very close to our house.
The village centre of Oetz and the nearest gondola lift are only 2 km away. The Piburger See (Tyrol's warmest bathing lake) can be reached on foot after a beautiful hike in approx. 45 minutes. The AREA 47 is approx. 4 km away.

How to find us:
You pass the village sign Oetz, drive through the whole village into the valley, also straight ahead at the roundabout. After approx. 1.5 km you reach the Habichen district, where you turn left after the Gasthof Perberschlager and at the small crossroads you simply drive straight on up the ascent. The last house, no. 37, is your destination.
