maison tres agreable et fonctionnelle
quelques ameliorations pour le confort (filtres occultants et volets) ainsi qu' un entretien est à prevoir (réparation du volet d'entree)
le chien de la ferme est parfois un peu présent par ses aboiements
la propriétaire a bien noté ces remarques et est accessible
