We enjoyed the pleasant and tranquil surroundings, especially the pool, hot tub and barbecue. Good communications and friendly host liaison. Nice location on the edge of Tuoro a quaint little village with a fountain, bars, great delicatessen and marvellous views of lake Trasimeno.
The mosquitoes are ferocious so be prepared. The fly screens on the doors and windows help enormously and are best kept closed.

Very nicely renovated old watermill house on an large plot in complete privacy. The swimming pool area is just fantastic. We enjoyed this holiday house very much in between the trips to Perugia, Assisi, Siena and many more.
