Location
The urbanisation of Ses Tanques is located in Es Canutells, in the southeast of the island, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and less than 10 minutes drive from the town of San Clemente, where you will find bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The other beaches in the south (Binidalí, Binisafuller, Binibeca, Punta Prima and Alcaufar) are also within a 5 to 10 minute drive, as is the capital, Mahón, with the largest natural harbour in Europe.



Outside
The communal swimming pool is very large and has fantastic sea views.

Villa Oriol has three terraces, one at the entrance, one accessed from the living room (with built-in sofas and a table for dining in the shade) and another on the first floor. As it is a first line, these last two terraces enjoy magnificent sea views, and enjoying the sunset is also wonderful.


The urbanisation also has a room with internet access.



Interior
The architecture and decoration of this terraced house is typical Menorcan, and is distributed over two floors:

Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with a trundle bed, 1 bunk room for 4 people and a complete bathroom with shower.

First floor (air-conditioned rooms): 1 double bedroom (1.50m) with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom (both rooms have access to the terrace with fantastic sea views) and 1 bathroom with shower.

All rooms have ceiling fans.
