Our house features 3 modern apartments and is located on the southern edge of the village in a sunny, quiet yet central location.
From the south-facing balcony/south terrace, you can enjoy the enchanting panorama of the Tilliach fields and the mountains every day of your holiday. You will find shops, a bakery, and guesthouses in the immediate vicinity. In winter, you can access the Grenzland cross-country ski trail directly on-site.
The ski resort is also easily reachable within a few minutes' walk. We are an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. Pets are welcome upon request; we charge a one-time cleaning fee of Euro 35,-. With a booking, you will receive one free entry to the wellness area of Almfamilyhotel Scherer****s (swimming pool and sauna), just a few minutes' walk from our house! Includes final cleaning and heating. Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM If you arrive via the main road from the direction of Tassenbach, follow it until the second bus stop after the Gasthof Andreas. Turn right there, and then take the first left turn – you have arrived! If you are arriving via the Lesachtal valley, take the exit after the first bus stop in the village, and then immediately turn left.

Angefangen von der Lage, der Einrichtung des Apartment alles top.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir dieses Apartment spontan für Januar 2027 gebucht.

Wir hatten Mega Wetter , leider etwas wenig Schnee.. aber dafür kann ja keiner etwas dafür…
Alles andere war spitze! Wir überlegen gerade wieder nach Obertilliach zu kommen , das sagt schon alles ???

Ein modern, aber gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit Gartenzugang/Terrasse! Einziger Wermutstropfen: die fehlende Tür zwischen Schlaf- und angrenzendem Badezimmer/WC.
