The building is located next to the “Khreshchatyk” metro station, a 2-minute walk from “Teatralna” and a 5-minute walk from Independence Square (Maidan). Bessarabska Square, the Bessarabsky Market, and Arena City are also nearby. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 7-story building, with a coded entrance.

The apartment has two rooms and accommodates up to 4 guests (2+2): a double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the studio living room. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: free Wi-Fi, cable TV, 2 AC units, fridge, stove, microwave, water heater, hairdryer, washing machine, and a full kitchen with dishes and cooking essentials.

Cleaning is included upon check-in and check-out, and once a week for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. We are happy to arrange airport or train station transfers to and from the apartment at any time.
