The property is located on three levels.
On the first floor is a large living area with two sofa beds, a bedroom and a bathroom.
A beautiful interior staircase leads to the lower floor, where the kitchen with fireplace and dining room are located.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool.
Outdoors
The house is carefully furnished and has a large and well-maintained garden with table, chairs and barbecue where you can eat outside or sunbathe, read a book and refresh yourself in the beautiful pool.
Each room on the second floor has an open panoramic terrace where you can relax while enjoying spectacular sunsets and breathtaking views of the sea, which on clear days reaches as far as Sicily and Mount Etna.

Man sollte diese an sich sehr geeignete Ferien- und Familiendomizil nicht im Oktober mieten. Es ist zu stürmisch und es fallen schnell die Wasser- und Stromversorgung aus. Die eine oder andere Stromleitung sollte besser nicht offen, sondern unter Putz gelegt werden.
