The center of Gardola, with restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy, and a doctor, can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment is a three-room unit of approx. 75 sqm and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a balcony with a view, and an internal courtyard.
