This beautifully renovated vacation home awaits you with its own pool in the garden surrounded by nature. Divided into 5 bedrooms, it offers space for 12 people.

Pool diameter 3 m, depth 90 cm throughout.
Location & surroundings
The village of St. Koloman is located in Salzburg's Tennengau region, untouched by the tourist hustle and bustle - an oasis of peace. And yet you are only 30 km away from the Mozart city of Salzburg, which is perfect for a day trip.
To the south of Salzburg is the large Hellbrunn Zoo, including Hellbrunn Palace and the trick fountains. You should also plan to visit Werfenweng Castle and the Eisriesenwelt during your vacation if possible.
Extensive hikes take you from the small village of St. Koloman to unspoiled natural sites where you can relax. In winter, St. Koloman scores with beautiful winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs as well as good opportunities for ski tourers.
If you want to indulge in alpine skiing, simply drive to the nearest ski areas, which are located within a radius of 20 - 30 km.

Das Haus war sauber , ausgestattet mit Grill , Gastgeber waren sehr nett , bei Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen , was sehr schön war.
Die Küche unten war leider nicht so gut ausgestattet, zu wenig Besteck , Teller , Töpfe, Tassen alles zusammen gewürfelt .
In der 1. Etage funktioniert das WLAN leider gar nicht . Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal, unten fehlt ein Fernseher.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Großes geräumiges Haus. Kleine Beanstandungen (z. Bsp. defekte Nachttischlampe) wurden gleich behoben. Zu empfehlen wäre noch ein großer Eßtisch im Haus. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird es mit 10 Personen sehr eng. Im Garten gibt es einen großen Tisch. Das Highlight nach den Wanderungen war der Pool bei unseren Kindern.Uns hat es gefallen.

Wir wurden super nett empfangen und haben tolle Tipps zur Umgebung und zu Skigebieten bekommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann tolle Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Ausflüge machen. Auch die angrenzenden Skigebiete haben für alle etwas zu bieten.
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren.
