The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a double bed and a small sofa bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The living room and the kitchen are divided by a portable door. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private open terrace where you can dine on mild summer evenings or enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. From here you also have great views of the area as well as the bullfighting arena “Plaza de Toros” and San Marcos castle. Due its excellent location, shops, bars, restaurants and cafés can be easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is located just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (120 m). Playa de La Puntilla beach awaits your visit approximately 12 minutes away on foot and the port Puerto Sherry is an 10-minute drive away (4.4 km). In a 12-minute drive, you will also reach the nature park Los Toruños (5.6 km).

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. No pets allowed. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
