Un bel appartement agréable
Bien situé
Bien meublé excepté un canapé très dur et inconfortable pour se poser
Manque de vaisselle plus sympathique que du premier prix c’est dommage
Une climatisation serait un plus car très chaud en étage
Dommage que le toilette du haut ne soit pas fonctionnel
Nous étions deux mais à 4 où 6 delà semble trop petit

Le garage est trop petit pour gare ma voiture surtout en marche arrière. Il est situé dans un coin avec un muret donc inaccessible ! J'ai d'ailleurs abimé ma voiture sur un côté et vais devoir voir un carrossier. Heureusement, le Président du syndicat des propriétaires m'a prêté une place de parking...

Points positifs : très bon emplacement proche mer et commerce, propreté du logement. Points négatifs : Difficulté pour avoir de l'eau chaude en permanence, distance du lieu de remise des clés aucun état des lieux contractuel à l'arrivée et au départ, chaises salon en mauvais état, absence de WC au 1er étage, garage difficilement accessible pour une voiture moyenne.
