Casa Mont-Romies by Totiaran, is a beautiful duplex with stunning mountain views, located in Baqueira 1700, in Tanau, with a capacity for 10 people and situated just a few metres from the Esquiros chairlift.



This holiday accommodation in Tanau is fully equipped and offers ample space for families and groups to enjoy. This house has an authentic mountain style because from the whole living room area you can see all the mountains in the area, it is a fascinating view all year round.



On arriving at the building block you go up the stairs to the first floor and upon entering you will find a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas where a lot of natural light falls and opposite a fireplace, this whole area is ideal to enjoy all together because it is large. On the opposite side of the fireplace is the lounge/dining room which also has windows to enjoy the views. Next to it is also the kitchen, an enclosed area fully equipped with cooker, oven, electric coffee machine, microwave, a functional kitchen. The dining table is for 8 people. Two more chairs can be added.



On this same level through a door, you have access to two bedrooms. To the left you will see a bedroom with fitted wardrobes at the entrance, double bed and its en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom is the master suite with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and spectacular views from its balcony.



At the entrance of the house in the hall you will find a wardrobe to leave jackets and then you will see a guest toilet. The wooden staircase to the second level is right at this point.



On the second level offering sloping wooden ceilings, here are the third and fourth bedrooms each located at the end of a small hallway. Both rooms offer windows and natural light with lovely views. Both of these rooms have double beds. In the hallway there is a full bathroom for these two bedrooms. On this floor you will also find the washing machine cupboard.



The Mont-Romíes house has the advantage of having 2 parking areas: One outside but just below the entrance of the building covered only by the roof, next to the door of the entrance staircase. And the second parking space is a few metres away in the covered parking area.



The ski locker room is located a few metres from the house and on the way to the Esquiros chairlift. Everything is perfectly situated to make skiing and walking very convenient.




In the ski locker area you will also find two small bars and restaurants and ski centre; as well as the ski pass ticket office.

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a single dose of manual dishwasher, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scourer.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.

Food and kitchen condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for reasons of hygiene and safety.
