The closest beach is just 1km away from the property (3 minutes driving), and the popular holiday destination of Ibiza is just a 15-minute drive away (13 km). Parking spaces are available in the shared area and on the street. Smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Music is not allowed after 12 pm (according to the municipal ordinance).
