The charming house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one in the basement) and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (not in the basement but still very cool and bright), a washing machine, a fireplace and a television.

In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden with a lush green lawn and pine trees, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

In a 6-minute drive you will reach the centre of Villasimius which offers restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.

In a 7-minute walk you will reach the beach of Campulongo where you can relax on the soft sand. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Due to the layout of the accommodation, it is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
