Along the southern coast of Sardinia, the holiday home “Chia A” is situated in the town of Chia and is just a short walk from some beautiful white beaches.
The charming holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include satellite television, a baby cot and Wi-Fi upon request.
Outside you will find a communal garden, shared with 3 other holiday homes, with fresh flowers, an outdoor shower and seating areas with views over the mountains and the glittering sea.
There is furthermore a barbecue available for your private use.
A fantastic selection of white, sandy beaches are just a stone throw’s away: the beach of Su Portu is just 10-minutes walking or 900 m from the property and the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia, Su Giudeu and Campana Dune are between 1.5 - 4 km or a 4 - 9 minutes driving from your front door.
Furthermore, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants with local specialities are just 1 km or a 3-minute drive away.
Street parking is available.
Guests have access to a shared washing machine.
Towels can be provided, depending on availability upon check-in, at an additional cost.

la posizione ed il giardino
le dotazioni scarse di asciugamani,attrezzatura per la cucina incompleta ed il fatto che una camera da letto sia cieca e non sia segnalato nella descrizione. La proprietaria avrebbe potuto dar seguito alle nostre segnalazioni ma così non e' stato. Anche se in corso d'opera ci sarebbe stato il tempo per colmare le lacune
