Welcome to your ground floor flat, which offers a cosy, homely ambience with Scandinavian design furnishings for up to 4 people. You will find a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom that leave nothing to be desired. The Marissa Resort is located on a large site directly on Lower Saxony's second largest lake, the Dümmer. Being close to nature and sustainability are among the resort's core values, which is clearly reflected in the architecture and design. You can look forward to a high standard in all respects.
A skate park, various playgrounds, a low ropes course and jogging routes by the water await you on the site. At the large sandy beach, the centrepiece of life in the park, you are invited to swim, play or laze around at any time. You can also hire bikes on site for a fee to explore the surrounding area on cycle paths. You can also try out various water sports.
Thanks to the gastronomic offerings such as the beach café BEACHMAR or the buffet restaurant MEZZOMAR, both located right by the water, you can indulge in delicacies in the comfort of your own home. There is also a mini market (sandwiches, regional products) and a SEEKONTOR shop (concept shop for fashion, home accessories, lifestyle and indulgence). The large plaza directly on the lake is home to the conference and event centre as well as the spacious bathing and sauna area.

Unser App. lag sehr gut, nah zum Strand und den Wellnesseinrichtungen. Im App. ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Spülmittel und Co müssen allerdings mitgebracht werden.
Das Ausziehsofa ist leider total unbequem, egal in welchem Zustand. Das ist der einzige wirkliche negative Punkt.

Mooi nieuw park in aanbouw. Top restaurants en mooie sauna. Mooie ligging aan meer.
Tips: duidelijke prijs inclusief bedlinnen en handdoeken en energie. Nu naast boeking appartement nog extra kosten. En de automatische kraan in keuken is erg onhandig. Veel zinloos gespetter en natte keuken en kleren.
Maar echt een mooi park waar we zeker eens terug komen.

Auf den Fotos sah das Apartment viel schöner aus. Wir haben extra mehr Geld für ein Appartement mit Terasse ausgegeben und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Wir haben diese nicht einmal genutzt, weil sie zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet war. Das hat nichts mit Privatsphäre oder Entspannung zu tun.
