A saltwater pool, a sports court and plenty of room to gather make this villa in Anguillara Sabazia a distinctive choice for a larger group. Spread over several levels, the 590 m² property accommodates up to 22 guests, with 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a living room.
The private, fenced grounds cover 6,000 m². The 144 m² outdoor pool is not overlooked and is open from April until the end of October, with 14 sun loungers available. You can play football or tennis on the multi-purpose court, enjoy table tennis or make use of the children's play area. The large veranda has a fireplace and barbecue for meals together.
A professional kitchen with a double refrigerator, double oven and dishwasher makes catering for a group easier. Indoors, a fireplace room, a lounge with Smart TV and a library with board games and table football offer places to spend time together. Downstairs, a hot tub for 6 and a fitness area with a treadmill and exercise bike add more ways to unwind.
The 10 double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. Another bedroom offers sleeping space on double sofa beds and can be connected to one of the downstairs double bedrooms. There are 2 additional toilets, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and mosquito nets on all windows. A washing machine, cot and high chair are also available.
Lake Bracciano is 8 km away, the sandy beaches of Ladispoli are 20 km away and central Rome is 39 km away. A train station is approximately 3.4 km away in a straight line.
The caretakers' house is on the property, approximately 200 m from the villa, with a separate access road and entrance. Weekly linen changes are included; a chef, personal trainer and babysitter are available on request. There are 9 free parking spaces on site. Pets are welcome, smoking is not permitted and the property is not rented to youth groups.

Słodka i czysta woda w basenie, codziennie czyszczony.

Helt fantastisk sted for storfamilien!
