Holiday flat in Greece/Chalkidiki directly at the sea!!!!

Very nice holiday flat with 30sqm balcony directly at Vergia Beach!

The flat Mike is located about 4 km outside of Nea- Kallikratia, directly at Vergia Beach. The water here is crystal clear and has already been awarded the blue flag several times. The beach is particularly recommended for children/small children, as it slopes very gently and you can simply have fun here. In the high season (May-September) there are lovely beach bars and restaurants, which are also located directly on the beach, where you can relax and enjoy yourself. There is also a gyros stand on the beach, which is happy to help with hunger pangs at lunchtime. At the beach bars you can use the numerous sun loungers that are provided free of charge, of course in combination with a drink or a snack. There is also a game centre for kids right on the beach, which caters for all age groups. The whole family can feel at home here.

If you want to spend a cosy evening on your spacious and covered balcony of about 30 square metres, there is a supermarket with a bakery and butcher's shop 100 metres from the flat, where you can get everything your heart and stomach desire.

In the low season, the flat and the surrounding area offer peace and quiet and miles of secluded beaches, although it is still possible to swim at temperatures of around 23 degrees, especially in September, October and November. However, if you don't want to miss out on all the hustle and bustle in the low season, you can visit the towns of Nea Kallikratia (4km from the flat) or Moudania (approx. 15km from the flat). Nea Moudania is the largest town in Halkidiki and offers many shopping opportunities, culture, museums and much more, even in the low season. The Petralona Cave is also interesting. The oldest ancestor of Europeans to date was found here and is well worth a visit. (Thessaloniki is also worth a visit, although you should definitely plan a full day here. There are also many cultural attractions here, such as the white tower, the old neighbourhood of Kalamari and the old monastery of Moni Vlatadon. The historic old town with its numerous markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit. Don't miss the old eastern city walls, which offer a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. For water lovers, a visit to the Thessaloniki leisure/water centre with its numerous water slides is an absolute must. Numerous tavernas and restaurants in Thessaloniki, as well as in Nea Kallikratia, invite you to linger and savour the local cuisine.

The mountainous and fauna-rich landscape around the flat is also ideal for short or long hikes. Explore the beautiful nature of Chalkidiki on foot, you will not regret it.

The almost 65 square metre flat is located on the 1st floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a folding bed that can be set up in the living room if required. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment. In the small kitchen area there is a round table with 4 chairs. In the sanitary area is the toilet a new shower with glass cabin and washbasin with hairdryer.

The spacious living room with 2 couches, radio and TV with satellite connection (also German TV) invites you to relax.
Crockery, cutlery and towels are of course available in all variations.

On the spacious covered balcony there is a large dining table with 5 chairs and two sun loungers.

If you don't feel like cooking yourself from time to time, there is a very cosy restaurant about 50m from the flat with all the typical local specialities. Even outside the main season, the restaurant is always open at weekends.

It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only about 40 km from the flat. At the airport, you can rent a car in advance via the Internet all year round from one of the numerous car hire companies at a reasonable price. You will then be picked up directly at the airport and transferred directly to the rented vehicle.

It is again pointed out that the deposit fee of 200 EUR and the final cleaning fee of 70 EUR must be paid directly on arrival to the concierge (at the property). The deposit will be paid back to the customer on the last day, provided that everything is in order.
