Apartment in Greece/Chalkidiki directly on the sea!!!! Very nice apartment with a 30sqm large balcony directly on Vergia Beach! Apartment Mike is located about 4 km outside of Nea Kallikratia, directly on Vergia Beach.
The water here is crystal clear and has been awarded the Blue Flag multiple times.
The beach is especially recommended for children/toddlers, as it slopes very gently and they can simply have a wild time here.
During the main season (May-September), nice beach bars and restaurants, also located directly on the beach, invite you to relax and enjoy.
There is also a gyros stand on the beach that gladly helps with hunger pangs at lunchtime.
At the beach bars, you can use the numerous sun loungers provided free of charge, naturally in combination with a drink or a snack.
Also located directly on the beach is a Game Center for Kids catering to all age groups.
The whole family can feel at home here.
If you prefer a cozy evening on your spacious, covered balcony of about 30sqm, you'll find a supermarket with a bakery and butcher just 100m from the apartment, offering everything your heart and stomach desire.
During the off-season, the apartment and the surrounding area offer peace and quiet and miles of deserted beaches, with swimming still possible in September, October, and partly November, with temperatures around 23 degrees Celsius.
However, if you don't want to miss out on some hustle and bustle even in the off-season, you can visit the towns of Nea Kallikratia (4km from the apartment) or Moudania (approx. 15km from the apartment).
Nea Moudania is the largest city in Chalkidiki and offers many shopping opportunities, culture, museums, and more, even in the off-season.
The Petralona Cave is also interesting.
The oldest European ancestor found to date was discovered here, making it worth a visit (as is the museum on site).
Thessaloniki is also worth a visit, although you should plan at least one full day.
Here you will also find a lot of culture, such as the White Tower, the old Kalamaria district, and the old Moni Vlatadon monastery.
The historic old town with its numerous markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit.
Do not miss the old eastern city walls, which offer a breathtaking view, especially at sunset.
For water lovers, a visit to the Thessaloniki leisure/water park with its numerous water slides is an absolute must.
Numerous tavernas and restaurants in Thessaloniki, as well as in Nea Kallikratia, offer authentic local cuisine for culinary enjoyment.

The nearly 65sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
A sofa bed is also available, which can be set up in the living room if needed.
The kitchen has a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the small kitchen area, there is a round table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom has a toilet, a new shower with a glass cabin, and a sink with a hairdryer.
The spacious living room with 2 sofas, a radio, and a TV with satellite connection (including German channels) invites you to relax.
Dishes, cutlery, and towels in all variations are naturally provided.
On the spacious, covered balcony, there is a large dining table with 5 chairs and two sun loungers.
If you occasionally don't feel like cooking yourself, there is a very cozy restaurant about 50m from the apartment, offering all local specialties.
The restaurant is always open on weekends, even outside the main season.
It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only about 40 km from the apartment.
At the airport, you can rent a vehicle cost-effectively year-round from one of the numerous car rental companies online in advance.
You will then be picked up directly at the airport and transferred directly to your rental vehicle.
It is reiterated that the deposit of EUR 200 and the final cleaning fee of EUR 100 must be paid directly to the cleaning lady (at the property) upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded to the customer on the last day, provided everything is in order.
