Villa Lima is situated in an enviable location just over 100 meters from the wooden steps leading to the beautiful local beach of Olhos de Água, next to the "O Pássaro Azul" Restaurant. Traditional in style and finishings, Villa Lima is a 4-bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms.

It can accommodate up to 10 people using 2 additional folding beds. The kitchen features wooden cabinets and marble countertops.

It is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, and electric hob, along with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment for a self-sufficient stay, including pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, a hand-held electric mixer, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker. A washing machine is also available. The living room has sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen TV with some international channels via cable, and Wi-Fi.

Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with a table and chairs. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, patio doors leading to a small private balcony overlooking the pool, and air conditioning.

It also has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, patio doors leading to a shared balcony with the living room, and air conditioning.

It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the lower floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, each with two single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and patio doors leading to a shared ground-floor terrace.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Outside, there is a charcoal barbecue and a large private swimming pool (measuring approximately 3m x 6m and with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.10m).

The villa is walled with access through entrance gates and has parking for 2 standard-sized vehicles. All bookings include a full clean on departure. If your booking is for 12 nights or more, then a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels is also included. If desired, you can book a mid-stay towel change with a light cleaning service for an additional charge of 30 euros per request. We do not provide full cleaning supplies - only a small starter pack.

It is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items.

We will provide toilet rolls for each bathroom, but these are not replenished during your stay.
