This spacious villa in Fermignano offers a relaxing base for exploring the cultural and natural gems of the Marche region. Just 1 km from the town center, guests can stroll to local markets and enjoy authentic cuisine at Trattosteria Di De Marchi Romina or Ristorante Pizzeria Da Lola, both known for their warm hospitality and regional flavors. Nearby, the UNESCO-listed city of Urbino (8 km) beckons with Renaissance treasures like the Ducal Palace and Cattedrale di Urbino. Nature lovers can hike Monte Montiego or explore the dramatic Marmitte Dei Giganti canyon in Fossombrone. For a scenic coastal escape, the beaches of Fano are just 45 km away. After a day of adventure, unwind at local favorites like Fuoritema, Il Girarrosto, or La Locanda del Blasone in Urbino. For elegant dining with a view, Il Castello and Belin che Buono offer memorable meals. Whether you're hiking, beachcombing, or savoring local wines, this villa is a perfect gateway to Marche's rich tapestry.
Upon request, it is possible to organize lunches or dinners at the villa with a local chef to enjoy typical regional dishes.

Compared to other rentals we've stayed at, this villa offers more comfort than I expected. The large garden was lovely and having a washing machine really helped us manage laundry easily during our stay. We were particularly impressed by how well-maintained everything was throughout our visit.
