Villa Luz is located in a residential area, just 25 minutes from Barcelona. Very close to the Mataró Park shopping centre and the regional hospital.
Ideal villa to combine beach holidays and city trip.
The villa is of modern design, very bright and with fantastic views of the sea and the pine forests. It has a private swimming pool and several large terraces.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room with large windows. Terrace with outdoor dining table and barbecue.
A living room with fireplace, TV and DVD and a guest toilet. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the terrace.
One floor down we find 3 double bedrooms with access to the terrace and 2 complete bathrooms.
On the upper floor there is an office-bedroom with double bed, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom.
Private parking space in the property.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the upper floor.
Free wifi.
There is a tennis club nearby with swimming pool and playground which can be used for an entrance fee.
The distance to Mataró beach is 15 minutes by car.
* One set of bath towels per person is included.
* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of young people in this property, the minimum age is 28 years old.
