Villa Luz is situated in a quiet residential area, just 25 minutes from Barcelona, and very close to the Mataró Park shopping center and the regional hospital – an ideal location for combining a beach vacation with an urban getaway. This modernly designed villa is very bright and offers fantastic views of the sea and pine forests, as well as spacious terraces and a private pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. VILLA LAYOUT GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen-dining room with large windows that fill the space with natural light.

From here, you can access a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals. There is also a living room with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player, as well as a guest toilet.

The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace. LOWER FLOOR One floor down are three double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area, as well as two full bathrooms. UPPER FLOOR On the top floor, there is a space that functions as an office/bedroom with a double bed, access to another terrace, and an en-suite bathroom, ideal as a private or additional relaxation area.
