Villa Luz is situated in a quiet residential area, just 25 minutes from Barcelona, and very close to the Mataró Park shopping center and the regional hospital—an ideal location for combining a beach vacation with an urban getaway.
This modern design villa is very bright and offers fantastic views of the sea and pine forests, as well as spacious terraces and a private pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. VILLA LAYOUT GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen-dining room with large windows that fill the space with natural light.
From here, there is access to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.
There is also a living room with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player, as well as a guest toilet.
The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace. LOWER FLOOR One floor down are three double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area, as well as two full bathrooms. UPPER FLOOR On the top floor, there is a space that functions as an office/bedroom with a double bed, access to another terrace, and an en-suite bathroom, ideal as a private or additional resting area. AMENITIES Private pool with ample areas for relaxation. Free WiFi throughout the property. Air conditioning in both the living room and all bedrooms. Private parking space within the property, with the possibility of additional street parking. BEACHES AND ACTIVITIES Mataró beach is just a 15-minute drive away, perfect for enjoying the sea during the day.
Additionally, there is a nearby tennis club with a pool and playground that can be used for an entrance fee. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION One set of bath towels per person is included. Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people in this property; the minimum age for guests is 28 years old.

Het was een zeer ruime, nette en mooie villa met alle benodigdheden. Uitstekende bedden, genoeg badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken en heel net allemaal. De piano was fantastisch. Het zwembad was ook perfect.
