Our building is located just a few meters from Arena City shopping and entertainment complex, next to the Bessarabsky Market and Khreshchatyk Street.

The entrance is from the front side, and there is a 24-hour concierge on the ground floor. The apartment features high ceilings, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom, a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a corner sofa bed, air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen has a large dining table with four chairs. The apartment is just a few steps away from Khreshchatyk, Bessarabka, and Arena City.

There are many restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs within a few minutes’ walk.

A central food market and two supermarkets are also nearby. Cleaning upon check-in and check-out, as well as weekly cleaning for stays of 7 nights or longer, is included in the price.

Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. There are parking spaces near the building, and a secure parking lot at Arena City across the street (extra charge).

The area offers many bars, cafés, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

A large market is located on Bessarabska Square. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
