The Seehütte house is located very close to the "ahoi!" Thalasso Centre.
The centre of Duhnen is about a 2-minute walk away.
Duhnen beach is right on your doorstep.
The modern 65 sqm 2-room apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living/bedroom with 2 sofa beds, flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system and kitchenette with dishwasher, bath/WC, 2 balconies, full sea view from all windows of Neuwerk island, the shipping lane, and the sunset, telephone, elevator, 1 parking space, washing machine and dryer for a fee in the building.
Beach chair included (Season: May to October). The prices quoted are per holiday apartment and night.
Linen package can be booked separately.
Minimum stay in high season is 7 nights, in low season upon request. **There is currently a large construction site in the immediate vicinity, and construction noise is to be expected during the day.** **Please arrive at the following address:** Wehrbergsweg 18 27476 Cuxhaven

Ein großes Panoramafenster und 2 Balkone, uneingeschränkter Blick auf die Nordsee und die Insel Neuwerk .
Auch ein Strandkorb in unmittelbarer Nähe gehörte zur Wohnung.
Leider gab es keine Mücken/Fliegennetze vor den Balkontüren.
