Very pretty villa overlooking the Amalfi Coast, for a sun and sea holiday

About 500m from the centre of Praiano stands Villa Isabel, a beautiful 2-storey villa of approx. 120m2, sleeping 7 people (but with the possibility of reaching 8 with the addition of an extra bed). The villa, reached by 80 steps from street level, offers an extraordinary view of the sea.


Two terraces from which to admire magnificent views. The first terrace, measuring 70 m2, is located on the ground floor; furnished with tables, chairs, parasol and portable BBQ, it enjoys the shade of a pergola of beautiful bougainvillea: perfect for fantastic moments of relaxation. Here you will find a heated Jacuzzi measuring 195x161x81 cm and open from 1 April to 31 October.


Also on the ground floor, in addition to two bathrooms and three bedrooms, there is the living room, which boasts comfortable furnishings and a tiled floor with typical Amalfi decor: here you will find a sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and a table for six. A French door gives access to the terrace.


On the same level is the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine and other appliances. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.


On the 1st floor, in addition to two bedrooms and a bathroom, the second terrace, measuring 90 m2, awaits us: furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a sun lounger, it offers an incomparable view of the sea.
