The detached, cosy and well-kept holiday chalet "Töniberg Lounge" with 4 1/2 rooms and a large garden seating area in the Töniberg awaits you at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Tectonic Arena Sardona" in a quiet, slightly elevated panoramic location at around 1050 m above sea level with a wonderful view of Elm, the Hausstock and the Kärpf. With its 3 bedrooms, it offers space for up to 8 people. A cot is also available.

Summer:
Hiking
Hikers of all ages, mountain and tour hikers, whether you want to take it easy or love a challenge, all hiking fans will find the right thing in the Elm holiday region. The Töniberg holiday home is located near the valley station of the Tschinglen cable car, which transports you from May to October to the Tschinglen-Alp, 1480 metres above sea level, at the foot of the famous Martinsloch. The unique landscape with its diverse alpine floral splendour and wonderful waterfalls invites you to hike, tour or simply linger.
The Tectonic Arena Sardona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is right on the doorstep. Those interested in geology will get their money's worth. There is plenty of information and even more to discover.

Biking, scooters, mountain carts, climbing
Exploring by mountain bike, rapid scooter and mountain cart descents at the Elm sports lifts or alpine climbing at lofty heights, the Elm holiday region also stands for action and fun.

Children's paradise Ämpächli
The large children's playground in front of the Ämpächli mountain restaurant offers lots of exciting activities for children of all ages: slackline, giant trampolines, giant swing, Elmar’s gold mine, flying fox, climbing action, sand island, pedal cars, water play, petting zoo.

Giant forest on Ämpächli
The giant forest trail thematises five – stories written by Dan Wiener that revolve around the legend of Martinloch. Guests are guided through 17 individually designed exciting stations. There are also cosy places to barbecue and linger. Motor skills, senses and an awareness of nature are promoted in equal measure on the giant forest trail. The Elm – Ämpächli gondola lift takes you comfortably to the starting point of the giant forest.

Wellness
The wellness temple of the Elm holiday region is nature, and the offers are special and unique. A whey bath on the alp or in the larch tub in the middle of the snow, just try out the offers.

Golf, tennis, fishing, outdoor pools

Snow sports paradise Elm
Over 40 km of perfectly groomed pistes for snowboarding, skiing and carving are waiting to be discovered by you! Families will find a fantastic children's paradise in the new children's arena on the Ämpächli. Children are familiarised with snow sports in a playful way. Both snowboarders and freeskiers feel at home in the snowpark. The BigAirBag promises all skiers and snowboarders a guaranteed soft landing after an acrobatic jump.

Sledging fun
The sledging runs in Elm and in Matt-Weissenberge are a true El Dorado for every sledging fan. Whether it's a cosy family outing with children, a speedy toboggan run for two or a group outing - fun is guaranteed on both toboggan runs. Evening sledging with a delicious fondue or raclette to round off a great day's holiday in one of the cosy mountain inns in the Elm holiday region is also an unforgettable experience.

Winter hiking
Hike through a wonderfully snow-covered winter landscape, enjoy the glistening snow in the sunlight amidst a gigantic mountain backdrop – the winter hiking trails in the Elm holiday region offer you all of this. Enjoy a leisurely winter walk on the Ämpächli above Elm or on the sun terrace in the Weissenberge. The cosy mountain inns invite you to take a break along the way.

Cross-country skiing
The cross-country ski trails in Elm and Engi / Matt are each 7 km long and groomed for classic and skating. They are always in good condition thanks to regular grooming with the cross-country skiing vehicle. The "Bärentritt" cross-country ski trail in Elm is floodlit in winter on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 9.00 pm.

Snowshoeing
Tracks in the snow – with snowshoes in an unspoilt landscape. Take in the tranquillity and the impressive mountain panorama. Guided or on your own, the marked snowshoe trails are waiting to be discovered by you. Both beginners and advanced skiers will get their money's worth.

Ski tours
Climb unknown heights on skins, enjoy unspoilt slopes with airy deep snow: Make your winter dream come true. The Elm holiday region is a true paradise for easy to challenging ski tours.

Ice fishing on Mettmen
Ice fishing is a unique experience for the "frost-proof". The Garichti reservoir on the Mettmen Alp is open for ice fishing from 15 January to 28 February.

The rental price of € 200.00 (summer), € 220.00 (winter) refers to the whole house and not per person.
Smoking is prohibited in the whole house.
The rental price includes the additional costs of electricity, water, wood, WLAN, satellite TV.
Occupancy of the house at 4.00 pm. Return at 10.00 am swept clean, dishwasher emptied and dirty bed linen / towels deposited next to the washing machine.
Rental period outside the high season (holiday periods) also variable with prior arrangement possible.
Tourist taxes per night will be charged additionally E: CHF 4.00, K(>6): CHF 2.00
