The detached, cozy, and well-maintained 4.5-room holiday chalet "Töniberg Lounge" with a large garden seating area in Töniberg awaits you at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Tektonikarena Sardona" in a quiet, slightly elevated vantage point at approx. 1050 m above sea level with a beautiful view of Elm, the Hausstock and the Kärpf. With its 3 bedrooms, it offers space for up to 8 people. A cot is also available.

The Töniberg holiday home is located near the valley station of the Tschinglenbahn cable car, which transports you from May to October to the Tschinglen-Alp at 1480 m above sea level, at the foot of the famous Martinsloch. The unique landscape with its diverse alpine flowers and wonderful waterfalls invites you to hike, trek, or simply relax.
The Tektonikarena Sardona, a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site, is right on your doorstep. Geology enthusiasts will get their money's worth. There is plenty of information and even more to discover.

Ämpächli Children's Paradise
The large playground at the Ämpächli mountain restaurant offers many exciting activities for children of all ages: slackline, giant trampolines, giant swing, Elmar's Gold Mine, Flying Fox, climbing activities, sand island, pedal cars, water play area, petting zoo.
Riesenwald (Giant Forest) at Ämpächli
The Riesenwaldweg trail features five stories written by Dan Wiener, revolving around the legend of the Martinloch. Guests are guided through 17 individually designed, exciting stations. Cozy spots invite you to grill and relax. The Riesenwaldweg promotes motor skills, senses, and environmental awareness. You can easily reach the starting point of the Riesenwald via the Elm – Ämpächli gondola lift.

Thanks to regular grooming with a track vehicle, they are always in good condition. The "Bärentritt" trail in Elm is illuminated on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 9:00 PM during winter.
Snowshoeing
Leave tracks in the snow – explore untouched landscapes on snowshoes. Let the tranquility and the impressive mountain panorama wash over you. Whether guided or on your own, the marked snowshoe trails are waiting to be discovered. Both beginners and advanced participants will get their money's worth.

Ice Fishing at Mettmen
A unique experience for the "frost-proof" is ice fishing. The Garichti reservoir on the Mettmen-Alp is open for ice fishing from January 15th to February 28th.

The rental price of €200 (summer), €220 (winter) refers to the entire house and not per person.
Smoking is forbidden throughout the house.
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, wood, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.
Check-in to the house is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, with the house cleaned (broom-clean), the dishwasher emptied, and dirty bed/bath linen deposited next to the washing machine.
Rental duration outside of peak season (holidays) is also variable upon prior agreement.
Tourist taxes per night are charged extra: Adults: CHF 4.40, Children (>6): CHF 2.20
