Families only. Front sea view. The Bermudas apartment has a privileged location as it is on the front line of the beach with direct access. Between the sand and the complex, you will find a pedestrian promenade where you can enjoy the tranquility brought by the sound of the sea. With direct sea views from its glazed terrace, you will contemplate a panoramic view of the promenade. We recommend that you don't miss a sunrise; it's an unforgettable spectacle. The completely new complex features an infinity pool, solarium, tennis, and paddle courts. And now, your stay will be even more pleasant on the hottest days with the new installation of centralized AIR CONDITIONING and on the coldest days, with CENTRAL HEATING.

If you wish to enjoy water sports at sea, there is a multi-water sports school just a few meters from the apartment during the summer season. At the school, you can enjoy classes in windsurfing, catamaran sailing, kayaking, paddle surfing, etc.
You can also learn to sail at the Gandia sailing club in the marina area of Gandia beach.
But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a fully renovated path for runners and cyclists (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can opt for a rewarding walk along the seashore; there are 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the marina.

The pool was great, the views were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. Would fully recommend.
We struggled finding the car park and parking in the space allocated was difficult due to the angle and we had a big car. The edges of the rugs in the living room are a bit dangerous, we kept tripping over them. Some instructions on the apartment in English would be useful - how to book padel courts etc.
Razonablemente bien. Sobre todo para los niños.

Cuando hubo problemas técnicos, se atendieron rápidamente. Se agradece amabilidad y rapidez. No faltaba de nada: toallas, gel ducha, cubertería, electrodomésticos, etc. Hace la estancia más llevadera.
Llovió y se coló agua de arriba. La nevera era pequeña y le cuesta enfriar. Habitaciones secundarias muy pequeñas y sin armario propio; compartian uno en el pasillo. Algunos cajones no se abrían bien. Aire acondicionado echaba agua por techo baño. No achacable a la empresa: Mal aislamiento acústico ...
Una preciosidad de apartamento y unas vistas increibles. Un verdadero placer.
