Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade, which joins the seafront promenade, allowing you to take long walks by the sea. Moreover, the fact that you don't have to cross any streets makes it ideal for the elderly or families with children. From the large terrace you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views, which you can enjoy 24 hours a day. The complex has a large swimming pool with artificial garden around it, communal area with wifi and tv (where you can watch football matches with the neighbours), gym and tennis. The flat is furnished in a modern and contemporary design.
