Beautiful flat facing the sea. Open concept. Fully integrated kitchen in living-dining room. Two double bedrooms, both with terrace and facing the sea, two exterior bathrooms with shower, terrace with stunning sea views. It is an 11th floor. Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the sound of the sea. Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and its beach services all year round.
If you wish to enjoy water sports in the sea, in the summer season there is a multi-sport water sports school just a few metres from the flat. At the school you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, PaddleSurfing and windsurfing lessons.
You can also learn the sport of sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the yacht club area of Gandia beach.
But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the shore of the beach, you have 3 km of beach from the flat to the beach of Xeraco and 3Km from the flat to the yacht club. Come and see it!
