Appartement très bien agencé et conforme à la description. Orienté plein Est, il bénéficié d'un magnifique levé de soleil et la terrasse est à l'ombre à partir de midi pour y déjeuner. la vue sur mer est magnifique. En bas de l'immeuble, il y a un grand espace pour profiter de la mer.

L’appartement fait partie d’une construction massive de 9 ou 10 étages et date des années 60-70.
Il est au 8e, la vue est sublime, la terrasse est grande. Les chambres et les pièces de vie sont grandes également.
Mais…
Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur, pas de stores, ce qui fait que c’est impossible...
