Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer; ein Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick; Balkon; Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Gelände; Dusche im Hof; Schränke mit vielen Kleiderbügeln; Küchengeräte.
Ein Badezimmer war zu klein mit einem sehr kleinen schmalen Waschbecken. Die Duscharmaturen sind in die Jahre gekommen, können ausgetauscht werden. Der Boden in der Wohnung war dreckig beim Ankunft, wurde nicht gereinigt, insbesondere unter den Betten. Ein Zimmer war zu klein ohne Nachttische und Nachttischlampen. In der Küche gab es kein Schneidebrett, Messer sind ein wenig stumpf.
