It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value. LAYOUT: - Bright living-dining room with a double sofa bed. - Fully equipped independent kitchen. - Master suite bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. - Bedroom with 2 single beds. - Bedroom with a double bed. - Second shared bathroom with a bathtub between two bedrooms. HIGHLIGHTS: - This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows. - Group reservations are not accepted. - Outdoor, seasonal community swimming pool. (On the building's rooftop) - Optional parking at an extra charge. (Not suitable for large cars) - Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
This includes providing occupant details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.

L'appartement est spacieux, très très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé.Proche des commerces, et de la plage.
Peut être un rideau occultant dans la chambre qui contient la salle de bain.
Une poêle un peu plus grande dans l'équipement cuisine
Muy buena ubicación y apartamento bien equipado y cuidado.
