The UHC MAGRANERS residential complex is ideal for relaxing beach holidays.
It is located just a few minutes' walk from Playa Cristal, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada, awarded the Blue Flag.
It is perfect for families with children: crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a promenade with restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds, and many water activities. If you want to discover the surroundings, you'll be delighted to know that in less than a 30-minute drive you'll be in the center of Tarragona, Reus, or PortAventura. LAYOUT: A spacious summer house spread over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises: - Outdoor terrace/porch of approx. 12 m2 with garden furniture. - Small private garden with barbecue. (For hygiene reasons, the grill is not available) - Pleasant living room with access to the terrace and garden. - Well-equipped independent kitchen. - Bedroom with 1 double bed and fitted wardrobes. - Full bathroom with bathtub/shower. The upper floor has: - Double en-suite bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and terrace. - Bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds) and one double bed with fitted wardrobes. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Group bookings are not accepted. - Seasonal outdoor communal pool. - This house is not accessible to wheelchair users.
There are steps at the entrance. - Perfect for a family holiday near the beach. - The barbecue is available for your enjoyment.
UHC does not provide grills, grates, accessories, wood, or charcoal, so you must bring or purchase what you need to use it. As it is a complementary outdoor amenity, its cleaning and preparation are not part of the usual cleaning service, so it is up to each guest to prepare it to their preference before using it. - Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
This includes the occupant data required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.

Casa muy acogedora, cómoda y espaciosa.
Solo considero que al ser un alojamiento vacacional faltaban utensilios, como turmix, paelleras y poco menaje de cocina.
La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila para descansar
