Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place to spend a few relaxing days on the Costa Daurada.
The Arenal beach is right in front of the complex, so you can enjoy the beautiful views. The mountains, the sea and the beach provide the perfect backdrop for your holiday.
The house is part of the residential complex UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX. About 20 houses distributed in several blocks, all of them sharing a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller one for children).
DISTRIBUTION
The house has 2 floors.
- Ground floor
- Fully equipped independent kitchen.
- Guest toilet
- Large living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and a private garden with direct access to the communal area and swimming pool.
- First floor
- Master bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobe and terrace with sea views.
- Second bedroom, also with sea views, has a double bed and a single bed.
- Third bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Second full bathroom with shower.
- Privileged beachfront location.
- Corner house with large private garden.
- Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. There are fans in the other bedrooms.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (one for adults and one for children)
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation. Key collection is at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is compulsory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this respect.
EXTRA
A few metres from the complex, the Hospitalet de L'Infant Promenade begins. Almost arriving at the marina, on the beach, is the Chiringuito Sant Roc. It offers good fish, good prices and good service.
