Charming semi-detached house, perfect for your family holidays in Salou, only 2 minutes walking from the beach Cala Crancs and 10 minutes from La Pineda.
The beautiful Cala Crancs is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Salou. An idyllic setting with good services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger hire and lifeguard. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, they are some of the best in Salou. And be sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling :-)
The house is part of the residential complex UHC CASAS BLANCAS FAMILY COMPLEX of 24 townhouses arranged in several blocks, all sharing a communal area of more than 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool. From the communal area there is direct access to the beach via a small path, but if you have very young children we recommend you to access via the street, where the slope is gentler.
DISTRIBUTION
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has 2 floors connected by an internal staircase
