The ground floor consists of a spacious and cosy living room, tastefully furnished, with satellite television, wifi connection, dining area, a modern and well-equipped kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

From the living room you have access to a spacious covered terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and the private garden with access to the large private swimming pool.

Upstairs there are the three bedrooms, all with double bed and wardrobe. The floor is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

The jewel in the crown of this magnificent villa is undoubtedly the well-kept garden and the brand new exclusive swimming pool, where you can spend moments of total relaxation.

You will have a private garage where you can park your car. It is strictly forbidden to charge your car with electricity from the house.
