The separate kitchen (induction) is fully equipped with large work surfaces. It adjoins the dining room, which extends into a large lounge with TV, radio and fireplace. The sober décor is punctuated by refined family touches. The living and dining areas benefit greatly from the sunshine streaming in through the patio doors. They open directly onto the tiled terrace. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available in the wooded, fenced garden.

You'll love jogging in the forest, cycling tours, surfing sessions and paddle boarding in the marshes. Just before enjoying an aperitif on the terrace of an oyster bar facing the setting sun. And you may be surprised to discover the local vineyards, less well known than their Nantes neighbours, but still a source of fine vintages. For a change of scenery while keeping your seafaring spirit, you can visit the seaside town of Les Sables d'Olonne and the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie, some fifteen kilometres away.
