Pretty little village house, very sunny, overlooking the Provencal tiled roofs, La Belle Etoile offers you an exceptional view of the Tuf rock, characteristic of Cotignac. This 100 m2 house has been completely renovated using traditional materials and tastefully decorated inside. Ideal for holidays


The house offers every comfort with, on the ground floor
- a large lounge arranged around the fireplace, promising warm moments, TV and DVD,

- a refitted kitchen (larger and more comfortable) and equipped (fridge-freezer, induction oven and hob, kettle and coffee machine) open onto the dining room and overlooking the south-west facing garden. A French window gives access to the terrace and garden, which can be reached by a few steps. From the large windows you can admire the panoramic view over the hill of Notre Dame de Grâces, the many rooftops of the village and the tufa "Rocher".

- There is also a toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.


On the first floor, the two bedrooms have exceptional views
- Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) with Air Conditioning

- Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds (90×200) with Air Conditioning

- A shower room equipped with a large shower, two basins, a toilet and the washing machine.
