Very pleasant holiday home located in a quiet area, open view, neighbours nearby but not overlooked, 10 mins walk from the village.

The house, with its 4 bedrooms, is built over 2 levels
- Upstairs: 1 master suite with private bathroom and wc (180×200 bed) and 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds (one of these bedrooms is more suitable for young children), 1 additional shower room, 1 separate wc,

- Ground floor: 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and its 1 private shower room with wc,

- Kitchen opening onto the living room, all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine

- Living room equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD player, Hi-Fi system, WI FI internet access,

- Outdoor gas barbecue

Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory; an interim cleaning may be arranged on request.

Linen is optional (2 bath towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and swimming pool towel
