- On the ground floor: 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and its private shower room with toilet,
- Open-plan kitchen leading to the living room with all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
- Comfortable and bright living room,
- WI FI access (fiber optic),
A large 6000 m2 garden facing South/South-West, private parking with a shelter to charge your electric car.
Several terrace areas:

Lots of space for grandchildren to run around. Pool a little way from the house which is good and flat ground, unusual in Provence sometimes, to play. House fine not that one spends much time in it during the day anyway.
