An enclave of gentleness at the gateway to the Verdon: the Villa Pinède is located on the outskirts of the picturesque Provencal village of Sillans la Cascade. Very well equipped, this villa offers you all the modern comfort of new houses while preserving the traditional style of our beautiful Provence!


The house, facing south-east, is built on 2 levels of 90m2 each. There are a total of 3 bedrooms with double beds but 9 real beds (an intermediate room with a double bed).


Description of the interior

The ground floor serves a large room where the kitchen, dining room and living room are grouped together. Large French windows give the room plenty of light and direct access to the terrace.

A toilet with washbasin and a dressing room are close to the entrance door.


Living room side
A neat and modern equipment is at your disposal (flat screen TV, HIFI, WIFI).


Kitchen side
- modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, breakfast set (no microwave)

- A small but very practical room serves as a storeroom. This is also where the washing machine and ironing facilities are located.


Also on the ground floor is a beautiful double bedroom (180×200) with its own shower room and access to the terrace and garden through a French window.


From the living room, a contemporary wooden staircase leads to the first floor (no banister, no riser). A large bright room with a double bed (140×190) and a single bunk bed (90x190) leads to the two other double bedrooms, each with a double bed (160×190, 140×190) and facing south-east. To the north is a beautiful bathroom (shower) and its toilet.


Description of the exterior

You enter the property from the back of the house. There is a sufficiently large space for parking vehicles. The land, 2000m2, is flat and offers a magnificent view of the Provencal pine forest. It should be noted that the green spring grass often suffers from the summer drought of Provence.

A 7.50m x 4m wide, 1.50m deep swimming pool nestles at the corner of the tiled terrace where outdoor furniture promises good times. On one side of the pool there is a wooden deck for sunbeds and on the other side there is a dining area with barbecue.


Supplements to be expected
Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, an intermediate cleaning can be arranged on request.

Household linen is optional (2 towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and pool towel
